deal with this??? I weighed a couple of days ago on my digital scales at home and it said 293.6 and that I have gained 53 pounds. Today I go to the Doctor's Office and their scale says I weigh 276. I don't understand that. Which one is right not that I really go by what that evil scales say??

Food not appealing!!!
This week food doesn't seem appealing, I would rather do something than eat.....which is a huge plus as last week I was constantly hungry. So I am wishing that because of this i will see a decrease in weight than an increase like last week, but am nervous that my body will go into starvation mode soon.

Ok this may be a stupid question so forgive me if it is-lol-but why would it say that my daily calorie deficit (spelling?) is only 420? I thought MFP always just gives you a 500 calorie a day deficit. Does it change as you lose weight? And once again if this is a common sense question I apologize! haha =) Thanks in advance!
