Does anyone else experience mental struggles in intermittent fasting or ADF
Intermittent fasting is seemingly as simple as a diet plan can get: Eat. Stop eating. Eat again. So, why all the mental struggle around eating or not eating within a short window? For me, there are two distinct struggles. 1) Calming myself that I'm not causing any damage from loss of nutrients during the fast. 2) Calming…

Does timing matter with "Calories in Calories out"
I'm going out on Saturday. I don't plan on going overboard but I'll most likely go over my 1500 cals (TDEE is 2300) as it's lunch and then drinks out later in the evening. I plan on lowering my calories on Sunday (1250) and doing a 2/2.5 hour brisk dog walk. I'm sorry if this sounds like a really stupid question, but does…
