Linking to Samsung Health
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to link MyFitnessPal (MFP) to track steps from my Samsung phone and watch; display the steps in MFP. They provided instructions, but nothing made sense. There's wasn't even a link to Samsung under Apps. Thoughts?

Hi I’m back after 4 or 5 years away. There are sooo many changes to the platform. For instance-I used to have a news feed where my “pals” posted concerns, progress, etc. That seems to be gone. Weight loss for health
I’m very overweight and have severe back issues. I need weight loss to help relieve the pressure on my spine. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and need to loose 25 lbs more.
