I noticed a few inquiries on the past regarding the tracking of sleep such as using the "Add Measurement" function. However, I was unable to access it using app version on my iPhone. Is there another way that the duration of sleep can be tracked?

mfp js replaying the wrong amount of weight i’ve lost, how can i fix this?
i’ve lost 14lbs so far and i just updated my weight as i mainly use a different app to log weight but when i did that, it says on my profile that i’ve only lost 1lbs when before i updated my weight, it says 11lbs. how can i fix this?

Why have I been given 3000 calories per day?
I just bought the annual subscription and entered my biometric data. I also specified that I want to lose 2 pounds per week The app is now saying I have a 3000 cal goal.
