Once lost 15 kg, now I'm back for more
I lost 15 kg by counting calories but thyroidism had ruined everything before I realized! Now I want to lose 20 kg or so in a reasonable amount of time, say a year. Already lost 5 kg in 30 days on the app but looking for more until I hit my best weight!

Hello! I am 28 weeks pregnant and newly diagnosed as a gestational diabetic, and was wondering who on here is also in my shoes and how this app works for them? Apologies if this question has been asked many times before but I can't find an answer. If I swim for an hour and have burned off 600 calories is that on top of the calories I'd have burned anyway (e.g. 700 calories in total?)

Too many syncs?
I have myfitnesspal premium and fitbit premium. It syncs frequently. When I go to check-in, I see a long list of fitbit steps and I have to scroll to the bottom to save my weight. Is there any way to not show those or reduce the number of times it syncs?

Are workout calories being double counted in MFP?
I have noticed that when I set my activity level to 'Active', my calorie goal goes up. However, I also have my apple watch synced with the app, and each exercise logged on my watch also gives me calorie credit. Macro weight vs percent discrepancy
I'm noticing that no matter what meal I log, if I have a higher content of protein vs fat, the tracker always lists the fat with a greater percentage. Is that just a flaw in the system? Or is there a good reason for the difference?
