Spring
I'm getting myself healthier. I was eating sugar after almost every meal. I gave it up for lent and REALLY noticed a difference in the way I feel. I had no idea how hooked I was on that sugary treat after a meal.

my steps keep not tracking??
throughout the week my steps will just not connect, and it stays at zero. for example, today i did almost 11k, it doesn't show up no matter how many times i reconnect?? any advice?
