UP negative calorie adj w/ MFP
I am hoping for some answers. I finally got my UP (older model) sync w/ MFP and of course the calorie adjustment is negative. I'm not understanding this. I need some tips for getting the most accurate calorie count I usually don't eat the exact serving size and sometimes MFP doesn't have the right serving I consumed . Is there a way I can more accurately track my calorie intake?

Changed my wt loss per week goal but calories didn't change

easing into calorie counting
calorie counting is super overwhelming for me, but I know i need to do it to lose weight. Any recommendations on easing into it? Should I start by doing a general count of everything, like ball park estimates or should I just start with accurately and in detail counting one meal a day and work my way up?

Is it true that the first 10-15 pounds you lose is all water weight?

on my profile and sharing settings it's not showing other people the correct weight that I have lost which is 3.8lbs in the few days I've been on. Today is finally shows "I have lost 1.4lbs since my last weigh in with a total of 1lbs" LOL so fuatrating.
