Haven't gained any weight
I have been bulking for a month now and i haven't gained any weight! Im 178 cm and 61 kg. I do some heavy lifting 5-6 times a week and i eat around 2300 calories a day, 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat. Does anybody have any tips for me?

Bodyfat Experiment: Dexa and Hydrostatic Same Day
Thought this might be interesting for the numbers folks! I did both Dexa and Hydrostatic today. Dexa: 22%, Hydro 15%. The dunk tank comes to our gym regularly and I always suspected it reads me low because of my solid bones.
