Would it be unwise to lift two times today? I did legs this morning. And I'm traveling for work with not much to do tonight. And seeing as I'll be leaving early tomorrow and missing my lift day could I do shoulders and back tonight?

2700 Calories is totally insane!
Last year at my physical the doc told me I was borderline underweight. I was 131 lbs and 5 ft 11 in. Yesterday I weighed in at 119.
