Help Gaining Weight ?
I'm 5'0 and 96lbs, I'm petite and want to gain weight while working out. How many cals should I be eating if I workout 5 days a wk? No cardio. I get full very fast and have a hard time meal prepping since I'm in high school. Tips?

cals consumed by weight training
when i cycle i use a power meter which in theory gives me a calories consumed number for my effort. how do i put a number on a weights session? do squats typically consume x cals per kg/rep??? how would i factor resistance training in my calories? or should i?
