Gaining muscle/toning
I'm at my goal size and I want to start gaining muscle. So far I eat clean and workout 5 times/wk doing light cardio and using my body weight. What should I add to my routine for muscle gain?

Chad Waterbury question
So, just wondering cuz I was doing some reading... often I see that people say 40-60 rep range is perfect for hypertrophy, but reading around on the web chad Waterbury says frequent training is best but not to go past 35 reps for one exercise. Why would he suggest limiting it to 35 when so many others say 40-60 reps?

Question: Bulking Cals turn into Maintenance Cals?
So I've been thinking.... Right now I'm seeing some gains in weight @ 3075 cals. Lets say I ride this out until I hit a stall in weight increase. If I continue at 3075 with no loss or gain then that should be my new maintence level, correct?
