Hi all, I have been using this website for a little over a week now- but every day my calorie intake is around 750 - the highest which was 980... i have been looking at the excercise sections so what you are saying i eat 1,200 calories is what i am supposed to eat recommended on here so i have to burn 1,200 calories in order to lose weight
