Today I went in for my first weight in....lost 4 pounds in 5 days!!! yay me!!! Thats with no exercise either so I'm very happy!!! I"m going to start working out tonight....since I'm happy with losing so much in so little time!!!

Stuck in Vicious Cycle!!!!!
I exercise too much and don't eat enough, so I know I need to start eating more and exercising less. The problem, though, is that when I do start eating more I quickly pack on the pounds. How do I train my body to eat a lot more with less exercise and not gain weight?

Who Knew?
I am a mother of a 16, 5, and 3 year old. I have gained 48 pounds in 5 years and I am worried that I will never get back to where I was. I hope with being able to track on a daily basis maybe I will be able to lose some. Now I see that my coffee with cream and sugar may be what is keeping me at this weight.

Exercise vs. Food
I workout a ton and do not consume nearly enough calories for the amount I burn off... I am still not losing weight - primarily in the belly. What am I doing wrong? Isn't the formula more calories burned than consumed? And when I do eat more I just get fat. what's wrong here?
