Hello, I've been working on losing about 30 lbs and I've gotten down to the last 7-10 lbs and I wanted to try this to help motivate myself to finish losing the last few lbs and to keep it off. I also read that it helps to keep a food diary so here I am.:smile:

My computer is making me fat!

joined last week
I joined last week and did well for the first couple days journaling then went on vacation to NYC with my girls. Needless to say I didn't eat well the past 4 days and couldn't do my usual exercise.
