This is the day to be thankful and count thoes calories
I am new to the site but I started counting calories 11-6-07. It seems to be the only way I can lose weight. When I have all my allowed calories for the day I QUIT! I may only get one meal today.:smile:

I'm training for the Disney Half-Marathon in January. I recently hurt my groin so I have been out for a few weeks. I have never had to count calories but at 30 my metabolism is slowing down. Especially not running. So, here I am!
