Inner thigh exercise
Do any one have good tips for inner thigh exercise , I work out 4x a week for 30 minutes I only do the elliptical machine and sometime the bicycle machine. I feel like I am gaining more muscle than losing weight ....plz help me ?

Hi all. Was surfing and came across this site, so I joined as I'm struggling to loose those last few pounds before a wedding in June. My daily intake of calories is 1200 - however I've been eating about 700 and working out 6 days a week for 2 hrs at a time, but still not losing the weight. Hopefully this may work better.

New & Need Motivation
Hi everyone. I am new to the site but not dieting. I lost 30lbs last year by eating smaller portions, walking and pilates. I managed to keep all but 5lbs off.
