low metabolism and I don't eat enough

Getting Started

The master cleanser
Has anybody tried the master cleanser diet? That's the one with the tea and lemonade and you basically give up solid food for awhile. You're supposed to be able to lose up 20 lbs in about two weeks on this. Anyone know anything about it or tried?
