I broke my leg! :(
This was supposed to be my comeback year. A few years ago, I struggled with several physiological issues (thyroid, arthritis, etc) that contributed to weight gain, as well as depression and anxiety. I have been pushing myself to get back in shape, and I started therapy to work through some emotional things I had refused to…

Delayed or Missing Cycle With Intense Workout
Anyone here missed their period or got it delayed during intense workout? I'm on a 90 day journey. The first money my cycle was normal and on time. This month it's almost 6 days late so far. I don't know whether I should be concerned or this is something normal for people who workout consistently? Not even sure if my…

Getting My High Kicks Back
Good day, all! At 35, I earned my black belt in taekwondo. I am 50 now, and had gained a good amount of weight after training with my black belt for years until I quit for grad school around 38 or so. Anyway, I'm now 338 lbs (235 lbs when I got my belt). I am working on, of course, losing weight, and am being successful so…

The bad weeks...
I'm not asking you to fix anything. But I am going to assume some of you struggle with more than food--just like me. You are not alone. I struggle with my mood regulation, ADHD, and anxiety/depression. I've been doing really well on my new meds. Really well. Recently, my doctor changed my meds slightly. My pharmacy changed…

Gifts of Chips
Hey, I'll be upfront. I love potato chips. They are my absolute favorite food. But they were killing me. I have no off switch with chips. I didn't want to make them a 'forbidden' food. So instead, I only eat them when I visit my mom. I only buy the small bag at the gas station and I pre-plan the calories. I eat them on the…

75 Hard
Has anyone embarked on The 75 Hard journey? I'm interested in starting it. Any success stories? I read this is the criteria 1.Choose a diet (if you're not following one already) and stick with it—that means no cheat days. Also, you have to cut out all alcohol. 2.Do two 45-minute workouts every day. One must be outside.…

Printable Daily Diaries from Website Became Too Small
Why did the 2-page daily diary with totals at the bottom of p. 2 suddenly turn into 3-page reports with type too small to read and totals strung out over 2 pages so that you can't see what is being totaled? I didn't change any settings. The longer reports with illegible type are not useful! How do I get the 2-pagers back?

Hitting a Plateau
I have lost 13 lbs so far in a month and a half, but I have hit a plateau. I know that I probably need to now include exercise to continue to lose weight. Weight loss and body dysmorphia
Hello all. I've lost nearly 60 lbs in the last year and a half and I still have more to go. best method to get back in shape
