Need motivation
I was doing really well in the summer. Pretty much cut out all the cakes, chocolate etc and was eating really healthy and it helped. I'm now back to eating the rubbish again but I travel alot so it's hard to fit the routine of diet or exercise when you're grabbing a bite here or sneaking a run there. Any ideas!?!?

Some having to do with my family's reaction and the other is just well… being alone. Most of my life I’ve been an emotional punching bag. Completely overlooked and unheard. Not as if I’m not…

New Year's Resolutions
New Year's resolutions rarely last. According to health.usanews.com 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by the second week of February. I am part of the 20% that made it in 2023. How do you ask? I'm not really sure what clicked this time around - but for sure know that I owe much of my success to the Biggest Loser group on…

Strategies for staying focused.
Hi All, I'm at day 105 and to date, I have logged everything, been mindful of what I am eating and so far have lost 3 1/2 stone ( 49lbs) of the 10 stone (140lbs) that I want to lose. Gym Barriers Anyone?
Mine has been limited access to a vehicle. Options for me...wait on a bus or 20-25 min walk in a suburban area (not many sidewalks). Uber if I'm really feeling desperate. When I can get my mind right I push myself and do the walk. Otherwise working out at home is always an option, thankfully.

Adderall and Binge Eating Disorder
Hello, I have recently been prescribed 10 mg twice daily of Adderall for possible ADHD. I do believe I have binge eating disorder via my nutritionist's opinion. Please hep me understand
This is what I have left for the day per the app… 48 carbs and 16 Protien…. But is says I only have 103 calories left. The math doesn’t add up. If I have those grams of carbs and proteins left I should have 256 calories left. Not what it says. 🤔 Has this happen to anyone else. I rely on this app a lot and this just makes…
