Gym Barriers Anyone?
Mine has been limited access to a vehicle. Options for me...wait on a bus or 20-25 min walk in a suburban area (not many sidewalks). Uber if I'm really feeling desperate. When I can get my mind right I push myself and do the walk. Otherwise working out at home is always an option, thankfully.

Adderall and Binge Eating Disorder
Hello, I have recently been prescribed 10 mg twice daily of Adderall for possible ADHD. I do believe I have binge eating disorder via my nutritionist's opinion. Does Adderall help that by increasing dopamine? I wake up in the middle of the night and want to eat for reasons of what feels like boredom. Any other experiences…

Please hep me understand
This is what I have left for the day per the app… 48 carbs and 16 Protien…. But is says I only have 103 calories left. The math doesn’t add up. If I have those grams of carbs and proteins left I should have 256 calories left. Not what it says. 🤔 Has this happen to anyone else. I rely on this app a lot and this just makes…

Post weigh in was after workout and drinking water. How can you lose that much in one workout. Water weight? All I did was walk for 30 and stretch for over 10 minutes.

💖I wasn't motivated after going from 288 LBS down to 256. Now I am at 171 what changed?
My journey started many years ago, it's still "on going" though I am no longer losing. I started at 288 lbs, lost pretty quick to 256!! I was so excited to be losing, until I didn't. I knew I was in deep doo doo if I didn't lose. Diabetes isn't anyone friend, neither was the depression I was in at that time. I went online…

Brain not Shame
I have lost 50 pounds and kept losing since Jan. 22. The weight wasn't the import loss though. It was more important that I lost shame around weight and weight-loss forever. Shame is feeling that you are bad or intrinsically flawed. We have been taught by society, by our parents, by the diet industry that we are bad if we…
