before i was a mom i had a job and went to school fulltime then came home at 11pm excercised and was in bed by 1230.,.,.and then upo a 6am to start all over again,..,.why can't i feel that same motivation.,.,its like i am a mom or now older and can't seem to move!!!!

I am not sure I understand.......the site allows me 1200 calories a day.....is that just what your body needs each day or can I wear a pedometer and add my daily walking ( I walk alot at my job) to my exercise burned or is that included in my 1200 calories for the day!
