Anyone know why I can't get my Ticker to show up on my profile?
No response from MFP, and nothing I can find in help section on the issue? Appreciate anyone's help with this. It's something that I feel gives me motivation, especially in losing those last, few pounds. Thank you much :)

Back again!
Hi all, I started MFP back in 2018 when I was at my heaviest. I was depressed sad and sought so much food as comfortable. I hated it. I yo-yo dieted a lot and nothing worked. in the end, for me Intermittent fasting was the game changer. I lost over 15kg with this, and I felt so good, more energy, more clothes options etc,…

Positive Self Talk - what do you say to yourself
What do you say to yourself that is positive and helps you stay on plan? I say, "I can do this. I choose to do this. " " I want to be healthier, I want to fit into cute clothes, I want to look healthier" What do you say?

Eat like a thin person and what else?
We all know weight loss is more than eat less. There is a psychological component to it. I'm trying to eat like a thin person when at happy hours, pot lucks and buffets. Those are some of my challenges. I'm going to look around at the thin ladies to see what they eat and do that. What do you do to help you keep your head…

FASTer Way friends in the house?
Hi friends, I'm 61, have over 100 lbs to lose, but a lifetime to make sure I'm here for. I'm not starting a diet, but a new life, a life of eating to fuel my body, not my heart. Any friends in the same boat?

Countdown to the big three-oh
So I realised. My late 20s are drawing to a close and - in less than 100 days - I'll be thirty. And I'm probably in the worst shape I've been in. I lost a load of weight in 2019 (post breakup) and felt fantastic. And then covid, work from home, no motivation happened. And it's all back on - and more. I feel like rubbish, I…

Staying Motivated
I'm a long time user of mfp. I do a great job for a month or so then slowly slip back into old habits. I am having a lot of trouble staying motivated and not binging when I am bored or stressed. I'm looking for ideas I can try when I am feeling stressed or bored to keep myself from binge eating. Food is so easy to turn to…

Gained weight rather than losing
Hello friends, returning back to MFP with a hope to keep my hope of losing weight alive. Need some real motivation and push. I do little to moderate exercise, love foods, drink enough water (1.5 to 2L) and keep adding weight to my body 😌

So happy but lost my way
What a long crazy, awesome, beautiful journey it has been. About 10 years ago I went from obese to anorexic! But I built myself back and ended up super healthy, strong, and fit. I maintained that for years. Became a nutritionist, ranked in boxing and muay Thai, and eventually became a fitness instructor…

I’m a dork! Random silliness only MFP peeps understand!
I pre-logged an afternoon snack. 188 calories of popcorn. Later after dinner I felt like a snack, which is unusual. I got 12500 steps in today and decided to indulge in some Reese’s peanut butter minis. They put me over my calorie goal by about 130 calories! Going over calories is very, very rare for me, and it has to be…

Yesterday was not a good day
The day before, I was about 900 calories. I did two stationary bike rides and lifted weights, so I was not under eating. Yesterday, I did not exercise. I wanted something sweet and I was hungry. Ate two large bowls of Cap'n Crunch. I didn't get enough water in for the day. Up two pounds. Oh well. Not going to beat myself…
