Walking/no weight loss

Looking for some motivation and advice
I started my weight loss journey in April. I managed to lose 30 pounds but l lost motivation in June. The good news is I haven't went completely off the rails. My weights been consistently the same give or take 3 pounds. Honestly I'm just struggling to get motivated to get back on track.

3 Year Transformation (down 100 lbs)
I started counting calories and lifting weights in May of 2018 - nothing out of the ordinary, just need to be consistent. I was about 300 lbs and I hover around 190-195. I've been working out most of the time and put on some muscle, so I probably lost more than that much weight in fat, but no way to tell.

Tall & Gain all over... I can't be the only one
