I got a 16, 14 and 12 to try on kind of laughing at the 12 but assuming I would be a 16 or even bigger. I tried the 12 first to get it out of the way and it was loose!…

A work in progress..
So I started this journey back in November weighing in at 289.5lb, refusing to allow anyone to photograph me at that point. At that point I could hardly walk, (I have hypermobility syndrome), was on painkillers 4x a day, couldn't get out of the bath on my own, couldn't sit at tables with fixed chairs and could barely…

Halfway there
Lost 45 of the 90 pounds so far. Started at 262 and am currently at 216. My tentative goal is 175. When I get there I will see how I look and feel and decide if pounds, body fat%, sculpting, maintenance is the next step. I have plenty of time to make that decision.

Become Strong, not Light! ( My first Blog on my Journey of 2000 days streak on MFP )
Become Strong, not Light! Loss in weight (fat) should be the byproduct of your efforts in becoming strong! Childhood is the best time to start Endurance! I realized it only after 40! From my childhood, I was always on the healthy side of the spectrum. People used to always keep me on the heavier side of the balance. I used…

100 pounds down. Now what?
Hi guys! Does anyone have any “loose skin” or “flab” tips. I’ve been trying to tone and lift for several months now. My muscles are firming quite nicely and I even see a hint of a six-pack forming, but I still have pesky saggy skin around my armpits and lower abdomen. Anyone have any advice for me?

A little effort beats no effort
Just wanting to encourage everyone not to give up . Sometimes things don't happen as fast as we want , but in some cases it takes a little longer. Keep pushing forward and know each step counts

100+ days / 45 pounds lost
Hit a personal goal. 45 pounds LOST. To put it in perspective is a pic of me holding a 45-pound plate! I was carrying all that extra weight on a daily basis. It’s crazy to think about. Imagine holding just 25-pound plate and thinking that’s extra weight I could lose.

Measuring success in increments
This was my March. I missed my movement/ exercise goals twice. Once because I had too much fun the night before and needed to recover (read sleep a lot). The other was because I was traveling to spend time with my dad for Passover, and once I got there spending time together was more important. Usually we go hiking or…

I am stuck.. I started this weight loss journey in January at 172 lbs. it is now the end of March and I'm only at 164 lbs. I cant seem to lose any more weight.
