Stats: Height: 5'3.5" SW: ~171.8 lbs(I was too afraid of the scale to weigh myself at the very beginning) CW: 120.0 lbs GW: 120 lbs Today, I reached my goal weight. Right on the dot. It's been a long road and there have been more than a few bumps, but in many ways it's been easier than I thought. Healthy food can be…

50 lbs lost and kept off over 3 years time.
Hi! Yes, I still count calories every day and I never drink my calories. I only drink plain black coffee and plain tap water. I avoid all pop both sugar and diet. I exercise everyday and I weigh myself weekly. My exercises of choice are yoga, practicing piano, and taking stairs. And I don't smoke or do illegal drugs.

lost 9 lbs just in time for my vacation!
this is a small achievement compared to what a lot of people on here have accomplished, but for me it's a big deal because i've never had a successful weight loss attempt before! 9lbs is almost a third of my goal to lose, and i achieved it steadily over a period of about five weeks of logging. my girlfriend and i met on…

What do you reward yourself with when hitting personal goals?
I’m curious what others reward themselves with when hitting personal goals... do you eat a meal you wouldn’t typically have? Do you buy yourself something nice? Do you go see a movie? So far for me, I’ve met one personal goal, which was losing 15 pounds (I’m currently at a weight loss of 18.6 pounds) and I bought myself a…

NSV: Water Retention? What water retention!
For the past 35 days I have upped my water intake drastically. From 500ml a day to 2L-3L a day! I also cut out soda, not completely actually I still have a bit once a week but I've gone from 1L of diet pepsi a day to 500ml of diet coke once or twice a week (if I'm feeling really weak). The result? Drastic reduction in…

This is kind of a big deal for me...
Never in my whole life would I have felt comfortable posting something like this online, but I'm extremely happy this morning with what I've done! Years ago I was active and fit and weighed about 165-170 lb. This was a weight I had come down from from being 235 lb! When I met my partner we drank a lot of beer and ate pizza…

Weight loss without exercising!
Been on Keto three and half months and have lost 104.4 lbs with primarily only incidental exercise such as what I receive from going to my job daily. Hoping to get down about another 120 lbs. I’m sure at some point I’ll have to incorporate some exercise to reach that point! Hoping to avoid a plateau at all possible cost!

100 pounds down
I started this journey in really bad health. I was overly diabetic. Morbidly obese. My liver was damaged because I was so careless and never took care of myself. Today i can proudly say I am no longer on my diabetic medicine and I’m in complete control. I pulled out all my “maybe I can fit in this again someday” clothes…

Half way to my goal!
I started at the beggining of the year at 180lbs which was my heaviest I’ve been and stayed that weight for a year struggling and 72 days later I’m down 20lbs and couldn’t be happier. I’ve never had any real success trying to lose weight, only 5lbs here and there and then regaining but I’m committed this time and it’s made…

A little over 60 lbs since last summer
5'8" male, 59. I was 223 last summer. I did not want to go into my 60s overweight. Now I am 162 and my BMI is 24.6. I may go a little lower; my goal was at or below 164, which keeps my BMI under 25. I might go into the high 150s so that my afternoon weight with clothes on (doctor's office weight) is below 164.

From “Fat” to “Fit”
At 16 years old 22 months ago I weighed 193 pounds. I was sick and tired of how I looked, how I felt in my own skin, and going to the doctor was depressing. After one visit to the doctor and learning that I was on the verge of being considered “obese”, I decided to make a change in my eating habits for good. I began using…

Unofficial weight...
According to the scale this morning, I am 3 lbs away from my first goal. I only use the weight from the first of the month, but the fact that the scale has moved down to this number, which I haven't seen in years, makes me very happy!! On Tuesday I was starving, and I ate more calories than I had...nothing crazy, just…

NSV: I think my mom noticed I have some muscle
Not exactly a weight loss success, but I thought this was a funny story and relates to my fitness journey. My goals aren't just fitness, but like...American Ninja Warrior-level fitness, and I've come across a lot of people who don't really "get" goals like this, especially for (*GASP*) women. So actually, interactions like…
