Down 50 lbs a lot more to go
I've gotten 50 lbs off so far since starting back in mid January. I have changed eating habits and work out 3-5 times a week. The past two months have really been a struggle for me though. How long have you kept the weight off?
I lost 140 pounds twenty years ago, but gained it all back. How many of you have kept your weight off for more than five years? I want so much to lose the weight again, but I'm afraid of failing like I did before.

Screw The Scale!
Yesterday on the left and last year when I was at my lowest weight on the right. 130 LBS Lost (With Photos)
A little background: My names Tyler and I was obese my whole life. At age 18 I weighed in at 320 pounds at 6'3. I was always eating out, ate whatever whenever, and never cared. Until I fell in love with my friend. I decided it was time for me to change, to become better looking and happier with myself. Two years later, I'm…

ladies - 5ft 5/6 what are your measurements?
It's really hard to compare your weightloss results with someone else whenever that person could have a completely different body type. I to know what realistic mesurement goals I can set myself because I'm not sure if the number on the scale is enough on its own. I'm 5ft 5/ 5ft 6 (167 cm) I weigh 126 lbs 36 - 27 - 37

At the end of February I decided to make a total life transformation. I was about to turn 25 and weighed 232 lbs. I was depressed, sleeping all the…

This time it feels real.
It's hard to post this because this time feels real. Like, I may actually reach my goals and it's scary. Also because I don't really open up about this subject. Ever. I've lived my entire life hating the way I looked. A few years ago I lost 99lbs. I was 1lb away from my giant goal of losing 100lbs and I woke up and weighed…

1 Year + 1 "Trick" = -1 lb/week
A little over a year ago around my birthday, I had a week-long vacation to London with my husband and some friends. It was absolutely wonderful and amazing, except for how terrible I felt. All of my joints were aching, I was incredibly fatigued, could not think clearly/remember things, and had such terrible digestive…
