Three Months in, I Think it's Working! Pics
Eat fewer calories than you expend. Who would've thunk!? Jesting aside, this app has made keeping track of my calories so easy. If only more people knew losing weight wasn't that complicated of a process. After I shed a few more lbs of fat, I may try to bulk up a little bit.

Pretty much done
Hey, I'm here because I am pretty close to the end of my weight loss journey and wanted to just try to be an inspiration to others. Pics are below. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me but I am slow at replying due to a busy schedule.

Vacation success
Just came back from vacation. We were 12 days at a family cottage on the water. Extended family was there. I had no control of the food in the house or on the table. Breakfasts were always large & festive. Lots of dessert type foods & chips & things. (Lots of fruit & veggies, too.) I had hoped to only gain 2 pounds. In…

What are your hidden / non-body-shape successes?
I've struggled with something called "metatarsalgia" my entire life, even when I was a fit and strong farm kid. I have to be careful with my feet so I don't get huge blisters on the balls of my feet and it's just plain painful to walk long distances. After about 1/2 a mile my feet hurt quite a bit and I'm dying to stop.…

State Fair and SV!
Guys, I ate a footlong deep fried corn dog with curly cheese fries last night at the State Fair. This morning when I weighed in I braced myself to see a number inflated by water weight and who knows what else. But instead I saw a new low! I realized I'd been on my feet all day and I hit my 10,000 step goal too! I had room…

A Tale of Two Goal Weights
This is a story of weight loss success, but much more than that, a story of recovery from addiction, and part of my continuing journey toward good physical and mental health. It was a long process and I know now there is no way I could have done this all at once. I didn’t mean for it to be this long but here goes…. I first…

I'm more than half way there!!
One year ago today I started the journey of a lifetime!! I'm now -93.6 lighter! I was hoping to be able to say I was -100 lbs today, but that will come soon enough. In March 2016 (picture on the left) I weighed more than I have ever weighed. I was miserable, uncomfortable in my own body. I was already on per-hypertension…

Anyone lose the "flesh apron" on their belly?
Hey all! This is my first time posting a question on these boards. I have had 3 c-sections, and I have the "lovely" flesh apron that hangs down over my c-section scar. I still have 50-60 pounds left to lose. It is getting smaller, but it's still there. Anyone lose theirs without surgery? It is really unattractive. I can…

Before and After, Same Outfit
I've been wanting to take these pics for awhile, my official "before" pics 2 1/2 years ago, and me now wearing the same workout outfit. LOL. I will save these clothes forever. I wasn't too excited about my trainer taking the before pic, but it's one of the best things he did for me! SW 301 CW 148 Always remember why you…

That last 5 lbs!
How have you all dropped the dreaded last 5 lbs. I just can't get the scale to move the last 2 weeks. So frustrating!
-
Optimistic. . .
After 4 weeks of MFP, the scales are down 10 pounds (273.2 to 262.8) and the blood sugar is typically under 100 first thing in the morning (from 140 on a good day). My Dr. will be pleased when I see her in about 10 days. So YES , I'm feeling optimistic! B)

Loose skin
Guys you only get loose skin if you loose weight too fast. Did you know your only supposed to loose 1/2-1lb a week?!?! I've talked to my Dr about this because i was worried about it too. Shes also the one who pointed this app out to me!

Poll:How long did it take you?
I know I hear a lot about people lose 10lbs in a month but recently I'm not seeing that kind of progress. Is it that you lost a lot early, then it slowed? If so how long did it take you to lose how many pounds? I would like to take everyone that answers and crunch it into a excel spread sheet. If people don't mind leaving…

Down 115 pounds and still going.
After one year and four months, I was able to reduce myself 115 pounds. I started with changing my diet, then added exercise, now have added strength training. I'm starting to see muscles I've never seen before in my life, and am capable to running, and playing with my children, like I've never been able to.
