Lost 13 lbs without really trying.

I finally hit 20 pounds lost this morning!! Yay. I guess it is time for me to start accepting it. See... Usually I just tell myself its probably all water weight in order to not get excited. But... i had a goal to lose 20lbs by end of april for my vaca i started 3 weeks ago and lost 9lbs. i just got the SHRED-IT weights by jillian i plan on doing my usual cardio 5x per week wich is at least 50 min on tredmil mostly jogging i want to add the dvd should i do the dvd everyday??? i have 12lbs to loose in 5 weeks.

Wow this really works
I lost 3lb in my first week on here!! I haven't had such a big weight loss for months. It really does work writing it down all the time. I had been a member of a slimming group but left to go alone as i felt cofident enough to do it on my own but this is just what I need to keep me on track!!
