When my brother saw me today he said "Wow, I can tell you lost weight sis, you look good!" So nice to hear! I've lost 8 pounds which isn't that visible on me because I still have a decent amount to lose, but he still noticed. I also started eating gluten free and my stomach area is much less bloated. Woot!
