At almost 57 years of age, I did my first 10 kms race
It took me 90 minutes and I came in last but I do not care. Someone has to come in last. I am so proud of myself. The very next day, I ran a 5 kms race in Toronto with a time of 40 minutes. I am a runner!!!! WOW!!!!

"Before" and "During" pictures...
I use the first picture as my "Before" picture because this was taken at my biggest, 2 years ago in Disney World. People have told me that Mickey doesn't care if I'm fat....but I do!! Sunday, I stepped on the scale as usual, I felt a smile cross my face as it read 141 lbs. Did not get to the goal I wanted but close. On the 8th of October I will hit the big 60, I didn't hit the 100lb lost marker I wanted but at least did make it to 70lbs lost. Will continue to work on it. Good luck to every one else out there that has the same thing happening in their life.
