bathing suits
This past weekend I took my daughter swimming. I didn't recognize the body I saw in the bathing suit. It's still hard to get used to the newer me! The best part was I didn't feel one bit self conscious because I knew I had lost weight and didn't care what people thought. Hurray for me!

I did some early christmas shopping at Old Navy the other day and got two shirts. Now, I used to be an XL pretty much, occasionally depending on the cut of the shirt I could do large or had to do XXL. The two shirts I bought on Saturday are mediums! I was so happy:happy:

tiny success of the day
we didn't have a lot of trick-or-treaters last night, so there was still a bag's worth of chocolate left. I told my wife to take it with her today to school and leave it in the teacher's lounge. :) Usually i'd be munching on chocolate for days afterward.

Overcame the halloween treats
I just had to share, I overcame the halloween treats. It was so worth it because this morning when I weight myself I lost 1 lb in just 2 days. So I bought myself 2 new workout DVDs to reward myself. I got The 30 day shred and Buns and Legs from Denise Austin. So now I'm lacing up and I will go workout my butt off. :happy:

I've finally lost a dress size!
