I'm back!!
Had a busy/kinda stressful last couple of weeks so I wasn't working out as much nor was I counting calories; but I still managed to lose 4 pounds in the last month! =) However, I am back in the full swing of things again and hope that maybe this has broken my plateau! Wish me luck

Inches lost
Well I've been disappointed because I've been sitting at the same weight for a long time. But I do feel tighter, so I finally took my measurements and found I've lost 2 inches around my waist and 2 around my butt. I's not exactly a new clothes size yet, but the fat around my waist worries me so I'm glad to see some of it…

obese to overweight
as of this morning i'm just overweight! 33 pounds til this thing says i'm 'normal'... so motivated after a 4.5 pound loss since last tuesday! this is actually working haha i'm so excited!

Glad I Saved Them!!!
So I looked in my closet this morning and wondered, hmmm, I've lost about 14lbs in a month or so...I've lost four inches around my hips and waist lets see....no more size 18 for me....I fit into my 16 dress slacks. I was so estactic!!! Just have to keep on going....would like to be down to an 8 by April 2010

OMG! My Pants Fit!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to share something awesome that happened to me this morning. For some reason I dared myself to try on this black jeans I bought in 2006 that were to small to even get up beyond my knee, but it did!!!!!!!! And I started jumping up for joy and found the receipt in one of the pockets that did say 2006.

Lost 50 pounds and progress pic
I'm so happy, I just updated my ticker and found out that I have lost 50 pounds from the biggining of my weight loss journey. Now this is my first time posting a pic so it might not work. (Cross fingers) Me at 170 Me at 153

I am so glad that we have a website like myfitness to help motivate us to do the right thing. My general outlook and self image had changed incredibly since the pounds came off. When I decided to lose weight I knew 100 pounds would be daunting if I looked at all at once. So I broke it down into four 25 pound goals thinking those would seem easier to do. 59 pounds down
I am have been down 59 pounds for a few weeks. I am hoping tomorrow will be that 1 pound to make it 60. Even though I have had hard weeks, I have never given up. In the past, one bad day would make me quit. Not anymore. I am very proud of myself for keeping it up!

I did two back-to-back sessions of P90X Kenpo this morning. My HRM said I burned 1623 calories - WOOHOO! I'm feeling really strong right now!! Man, I wish I felt like this all the time.

Stronger than I think.
This site has really helped me I am eating right, exercising and losing weight. Plus I decided to let go of a nasty habit. I have been smoke free for almost 5 days now. I never in a million years thought I could do it but I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am still sticking to my healthy eating habits.

First Proper run
been doing C25K for 7 weeks now but took this long to get to the end of week 5. just did the 5min warm up 20 min run and 5 min cool down. overall covered 5KM according to Mapmyfitness.com but also my run in the 20 minutes was 3.7 KM so I'm really pleased this is my first real successful non stop run.
