I am SO frustrated
I work out 6 days a week-4 cardio and 2 strength. I eat incredibly healthy. No sugar/gluten/dairy or processed foods. I am always under 1500 calories a day and low carb. I am So frustrated because I am trying to lose 20 lbs but I keep gaining!! What am I doing wrong? I am a 39 yr old female.
