Weight loss has stopped
After losing 7 lbs the first 2-3 weeks on the low carb diet using Pruvit Keto OS supplement, my weight loss has stopped. It's been about 45 days now. Tingling/numbness inside of arm
Have had this tingling/numbness down inside of my right arm to finger tips. Been to doctor and chiropractor. Taking anti inflammations medicine, ice and rest no better. Anyone have had this? Advice?

30 minutes of cardio for 30 Day The goal is to get at least 30 minutes or more of cardio a day. This can be achieved however you want. I hour 3 days a week or 3.5 hours one day a week as long as your total cardio hours equal 900 minutes within 30 days.
