MFP tech support available??!!
my fitbit tracker and MFP HAVE NEVER LIKED EACH OTHER, i have done all steps suggested in FAQs and still have nothing!! i'd like to know is there a tech support line with MFP where i could talk to someone who could possibly walk me thru some steps to correct this issue?!!

1-2 miles a day
I walk a mile every day and have done 2 miles at least once a week. I try to make time for this but it gets challenging while juggling a job, 8 month old twins, a nine year old, and a husband LOL. However it makes it easier for me when the whole family gets involved which they do for the most part LOL

Walking challenge
I've just started walking today after giving up smoking, it's been 3 months and had enough to of snacking on rubbish, so healthy eating from now on and the start of a new me. I starting this morning with 4.3km walk and going to increase my steps daily. I really enjoyed it. Feeling focused !!

STAY HYDRATED CHALLENGE -- AUGUST 2016 CHALLENGE
This challenge is for those are are interested in staying hydrated. I have a hard time drinking water or consuming many liquids and need some motivation.
