Any suggestions on what to log my PiYo workouts under? Today I did it under Power Yoga but not sure if that's a good idea? Also, I don't have a heart rate monitor. Thanks in advance!

first 5K - going to be extemely cold - advice?

How many calories are burned during ab class?
How do you guys measure core conditioning type workouts, calorie wise? I just took a 30 minute ab and back class, which involved more than just sit ups (plank, twists, etc--moving from one thing to another quickly.) but the only option in the exercise diary is sit ups.
