I won't lie I am so sore from the last couple of workouts, I don't know if I'm suppose to work through the pain, or just take a break tonight? I know it's suppose to hurt at least till I get use to it but will taken a break this early only make it worse next time?

Shakes- Advice
I'm interested in adding a good protein shake to my diet for the days that I have hard workouts. I need to lose a good amount of weight by April 16, but I need to do it in such a way that I am able to continue to build muscle and maintain as much strength as possible. Any recommendations?

Overpronation Shoe Ideas
Hello! Before I have only been doing workouts in my house but recently started Zumba and other classes at the fitness center. I have hurt my ankle bad and have found out I have overpronation (I had bunion surgery last year). I am needing to get new supportive shoes. Are there any suggestions on what I should get? Thanks!

I burn off all my food calories in a day. should I make sure my net calories are and at least 1000 or is it ok for my net calories to be at zero?

Ok this program says I have to eat 1200 calories a day, which I must say is usually hard for me to do. I don't eat that much and when I see I haven't met my goal for the day (like most of the week) I am frustrated. Is this enough?
Walking 15 min in the morning, dancing for 20 minutes in the afternoon, jump roping for 5 minutes afterwards, moderate house work for 10 minutes or so, walking another 15 mins in the evening. Would I see results with this?

I was just wondering what the average calories burned for an hour of Just Dance 2 would be? I have a HRM and I did it for an hour & 20 minutes tonight, and it only says I've burned 308 calories. That seems a little bit low and was looking for some advice??
