Exercise bike?
So i have one of these sitting in my bedroomi went on it once when i got it just after xmas planned on doin 30 mins thought it would be a breeze afterall i used to manage a normal bike ok ... but yikes i was shattered after a few mins. Should i do intervals either 3 mins fast 2 slow etc just to get back into it slowly

Do I really HAVE to jog?
I hate jogging/running. I'd much rather walk. Today I walked on the treadmill at 3.5 with a 5.0 incline for 45 minutes and sweated my butt off. I think my boobs are getting smaller. I lost about 10 lbs over the summer and it wasnt until I tried on a bridesmaid dress today that I realized my boobs dont fill it out like they should.
