So, I went to the 8 am aerobics class (45 minutes) and while my inner thighs were burning, I never broke a sweat, so I stayed for the 9 am class…

Biggest Loser for the Kinect
I've done the BL game for the Kinect a couple times now, and while I really like the workouts and think that I get a good workout, the game is frustrating me a little. I feel like I am doing the exercises to the max that I can but it doesn't always register my moves, so then I get a low score or now credit at all for the…

Unsure as what to log this
So I was diggin' through my childhood memories and found my Skip-It. I was overjoyed, and I've been playing with it quite a bit since then. My only problem is I'm not sure what to log it in as on exercise. I don't own a HRM, nor can I get one. So I'd just really love some help on this one.

A REAL challenge!
Alright. I've noticed there never is really any competition in any of the challenges posted on here. Everything is based on meeting a goal, and members log everyday on how far they have until they get to that goal. So, I've taken it into my own hands to create a REAL challenge. A REAL competition. Have we all heard of the…

Question for the runners out there.....
I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions on how to "start" running. This might sound like a silly question but I used to play soccer and basketball all through high school and then tore my ACL. I did have reconstructive surgery on it, but I tore it again about 3 years ago and didn't get it "fixed" a second time.…

Flabby Granny Arms!
