Pain after exercise
I worked out on Monday and it hurts to walk. I was going to work out the next day but decided to take a rest. The question I have is it better to work out the next day or rest inbetween, I have heard both. I currently work out M,W,and Friday. Two days with a trainer and 1 day of boot camp.

Excederin before running?
Simple question: I had a headache earlier today, and I took two excederin migraine tablets (my coworker has a big bottle of them). They cleared up my headache pretty well, however I was planning to run as soon as I got home. Is this a bad idea?

holy crap i'm sweating like crazy! i picked up billy blanks taebo kit, it comes with the bag and two 45 min dvds. i did 30 mins of one today (after that the kids were to in my space and i didn't want to hurt them) and i'm sweating, it was such a great workout. and i didn't even use the bag yet, lol!

Logging Exercise
If you use 30-Day Shred or Wii Fit, how do you go about entering the exercise in your log? I searched for them, and couldn't find anything for either. I figure for Wii Fit I can just enter it as the type of activity - aerobics, boxing, yoga, etc. But, what about 30-Day Shred?:huh:

sweating?
When I go to the gym I spend 1 - 1.5 hours going between the bike, elliptical, crosstrainer and the stairmaster. (not all in one day I rotate) when I do this I sweat a ton! Question for HRM vs MFP
Ok....so I just got back from a 60 min run. My heart rate monitor has much less calories burned vs the MFP website by a lot. Which should I go with? My HRM says 389 total burned and MFP says somewhere around 500+ burned. The is a huge gap there.

Exercise Calories Earned
Does anyone else think that the exercise calories earned are on the high side? Whenever I work out and plug these in I always think it is too high and am scared to eat all of those extra calories.

heart rate and calories burned
sooo, over and over I hear on this forum that a heart rate monitor is the best way to figure how many calories are burned. figuring that I can take my own pulse and save myself a cool hundred bucks, I looked online for a formula for converting heart rate to calories burned. Didn't find one. Anyone have any ideas?
