How long till I see results?
I've been doing circuit training at the gym, brisk walking on a treadmill - for about 3 wks but my weight is not going down. how long before i start seeing the scale go down? i've cut calories, cut out all the sweet stuff but still - nothing. my scale sits on the same number (at home and at the gym). thanks

which is better?....
i run on a track on which 10 laps is a mile, i run 1 lap, walk .5 laps 6 times this takes me about 15min. ( ..and this is pretty difficult for me, i couldnt run much more than the 1 lap, but im not winded anymore after the .5 lap walk ..hopefully this gives you a good idea about how much im exerting myself). weight gain redistribution
Just wondering if anyone lost weight once only to put it on in new body locations? I lost weight in my legs, thighs but and when it went back on, it went to my hips and stomach. A place I had never had a problem with previously. Anyone know the reason behind this?

The best heart monitor
I posted a question last week regarding calorie counters on treadmills and their accuracy. A number of people responded (thanks), but many said they used a heart monitor instead to get a better calorie count. Any suggestions on a good heart monitor? I have seen them on the web anywhere from $50 to $400 (that includes GPS).

Are the calories-burned estimates here really low?
I did about 75 minutes worth of weight lifting today, and this site says I burned a little over 200 calories. Another website says 400.
