how would I log a specific exercise
I am doing a boot camp workout that is cardio and ....I don't know what else. We go for an hour and we change between jogging, walking squats, strengthing, jump roping, various cardio stuff. I have no idea how many calories I am burning. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know where I could buy a thingie to make my bike stationary? I love riding my bike and I was thinking of joining a gym this winter, but if I could make use of my bike all year round that would be great. Also, how much do they differ in price? back flab?

Because of a fitness challenge my school does, I know that I "walk" about 12 miles a day. We measure these in steps and convert to miles. Does anyone know how I can convert this information for the exercise log on this website?

Hey, I started doing Tae Bo Bootcamp Elite last week and not feeling to shabby during my workout, but then the next day when I walk the area by my achilles tendon hurts when I walk.
