The best heart monitor
I posted a question last week regarding calorie counters on treadmills and their accuracy. A number of people responded (thanks), but many said they used a heart monitor instead to get a better calorie count. Any suggestions on a good heart monitor? I have seen them on the web anywhere from $50 to $400 (that includes GPS).

Are the calories-burned estimates here really low?
I did about 75 minutes worth of weight lifting today, and this site says I burned a little over 200 calories. Another website says 400. Do you trust treadmill calorie counts?
I log about 35 miles a week of treadmill walking. Bad knees and back prevent running. I usually have the treadmill at the highest incline - #15 and walk about 5 mph. eating exercise calories?
