Pain Question???
Hey, I started doing Tae Bo Bootcamp Elite last week and not feeling to shabby during my workout, but then the next day when I walk the area by my achilles tendon hurts when I walk. I stretch before and after my workouts and was just wondering if anyone has any solutions or advice for relieving the pain. Thanks in advance!!

Good morning, Today was my first official day getting up at 4:30am to go to the gym. I'm very surprised how easily I got up. Ran for 47 minutes at at 5.3 miles per hours. I'm too lazy to calculate how many miles that is (forgot to look at screen on treadmill). Have a great day! :flowerforyou:

my Polar F4 calorie counter counts what exactly? Just the calories I use exercising? What if I wore it and went into a deep sleep for 24 hours? Would the number it comes up with be my BMR? Mountain biking
1000 calories an hour as a newbie. Most rides are in the 1500 per hour range. Racing and single speed are 2000 calories an hour and up. Mountain biking is not like road riding where primary's are the legs. This is a full body work out. The best part is your having fun

half marathon - check!!!
I just finished my half marathon in 2 hours 5 min (13 sec)! I could have done better, but my knee started to hurt around mile 5 so I had to walk more than I wanted to. The up side is - 1200 + exercise calories to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heart Rate 215?:???
Today I walked/jogged in my neighborhood for an hour. I have been doing this since July. My average heart rate was 146, however the highest it got was 215 :noway: .... Is this a bad thing? Am I getting close to heart attack or stroke with numbers that high? Should I be careful?:sad: Please help, any advice! :huh:
