👋 everyone! Need some help with some lunch ideas. Long story short at work we are temporarily without refrigerator or microwave. I am at a total loss for lunch ideas of food that will stay good. Prefer low carb but knows how much that already limits my very limited options.

I just started 16:8 IF, and I normally take a supplement packet with my morning coffee that has 19 calories in it from MCT oil (no carbs or sugars). Is this enough calories to be considered breaking my fast or is this fine to have during my fasting time?

Is the database correct? Does 1 tsp of chia seeds really have 32 mg of calcium? Six whole almonds have 19 g of calcium and 1/4 cup of celery has 19 g of calcium? Those numbers seem very high.
