Ketogenic Diet - mistake sugar in metamucil
I needed to get bowel movement and I took metamucil. only after drinking it did I realize it contained sugar. What a mess. I hope this will not impede on the ketosis which I had attained. Imagine if it were no longer available tomorrow: what food item are you hoarding?
In other words... what food couldn't you live without? I actually had to think about this, but if I knew I would never be able to get it again I would 100% be stockpiling grated Parmesan cheese. Or reduced sugar ketchup... or cottage cheese. It's a hard question! Makes you think about the foods we take for granted.
