When baking an angel food cake, make sure the rack is lowered first. It’s a “growing” cake... therefore, it will grow... thus taking over the heating element above if not on a lowered rack... thus making a huge mess... 🤦🏼♀️

What happened to MFP meal plans?
I haven't used MFP in a while. The site had the ability to add meals each day and create a shopping list. You could also change individual items or meals in the MFP daily plans. Does anyone know what has happened to those features? I am not certain I like the "new" MFP without those.

A week of bad eating; Will it effect my weight loss?
So as you guys can see from the title, I haven't really been eating clean for the past 3 to 5 days, and by that I mean pizza, lasagna, manchurian rice etc. All while eating this, I haven't crossed my calorie limit even once, but the contents that I'm eating, will they slow or halt my weight loss journey at all?

My dietician wants me to stick to 1600 calories each day. MFP keeps changing it to 1300 calories. I change it an the next day MFP changes it back. Why does it keep changing. I have even increased my activity.
