marinating calories???
I put all my recipes that i make into my food diary. I keep making food that says it needs to be marinated. When my food is ready to be cooked it seems like i'm dumping almost all the ingredients it was soaking in, and I don't feel like i'm eating all the calories I put down. Any ideas on how to calculate the marinades…

More protein with low calories and veggie?
Hi, Does anybody have any suggestions for vegetarian high protein foods without too many calories? I realise by watching my daily food intake just how little protein I consume, no wonder I have been suffering with hair loss for years!

I have tried calorie counting once before but abandoned it after a few days because I was starving. I have to say I am used to just doing low carb/paleo where I eat very high fat high cal foods and don't pay attention to portion size. So that could account for why I am starving. IPhone app gives different numbers than website
I guess not a huge deal, but I noticed my number totals are different on the website than on my phone app. I figured out that the phone up uses decimal points but the website rounds up. Today is my first day logging. I just now logged my food so far, it's 3:30pm and I only have 232 calories left for the day! Should I just go over for the day and be more aware tomorrow?

So the recommended 8 cups of water, they don't mean 8 literal cups right? Do they mean 8 16 oz. glasses, some other measurement?
