Wierd! I was making myself an omelet and usually only use 1 egg, but I was hungry so decided to use 2 eggs - the second one had 2 yolks! (I logged it as another egg.)

Canned tuna in water
What is the most accurate way to log them? I had a whole can after a lower body workout today and I measured it drained and it came up to 91 grams, but when I choose to log that I ate the whole thing it has a higher amount of everything. By weight, drained? Or by choosing one container in the database?

Which is the best option?
I'm going to a ski-lodge tonight with some friends, and we'll be there for dinner. They only have a cafeteria-esque food place set up there, with the standard cafeteria fare. Which option would be the best to go for? I don't think they sell salads. I'm also a vegetarian, so I couldn't get a hot dog or burger.

my costly cheat
Yesterday I hit the 10lb loss. I celebrated with a bag of sweet and salty popcorn. 1000 calories worth. Yep and when I got uo this morning I was a 1.5 heavier. So next 10lb mark I will celebrate with .......a bag of sweet and salty popcorn. It was worth every kernel.:tongue:
