I need meatless meals where protein = fat x2 or more
I am a vegetarian and I do eat processed, not so healthy, vegetarian meat substitutes. I also eat eggs and drink soy milk. I use a lot of fat free cheese, eggs, pasta and meat substitutes to get my protein because I can not stand yogurt!!!! None of it. I have tried it all. Seriously. If you have some way I can sneak it…

From what I have read its hard to diagnose and many people go…

The retrospective: 'I can't believe I used to eat that'
So now that I look at the nutritional information on EVERYTHING, I got to wondering what McDonalds (not eaten for 10 months and counting) food contains. Back in my first job, I'd commonly eat the 'Hunger Buster'. Upsized. It was a $10 lunch special, and it contained: 1 x Big Mac 1 x Cheeseburger 1 x large fries 1 x…

With Super Bowl on Sunday, I get a chance to indulge in a rare treat for me...adult beverages! :drinker: I do not want to over do it though and was wondering what was better...to drink something like Skinny Girl Vodka and diet pop or low carb beer? Obviously sticking with water is the ultimate best choice, but a treat is a…

The MRE Diet
Individual MRE's have between 1250 and 1350 calories, per envelope, depending upon the manufacturer of the meal. Typical "combat" calorie requirements are for a soldier to consume three of these meals, when possible, per day. That's between 3750 and 4050 calories PER DAY. One must remember that a soldier in the field will…

GIVE ME SUGAR!!
I want to know everyone's daily sugar intake/limits. When I was only calorie counting I had it set to 30g per day. Now that I am trying an all natural diet I bumped it up to 45 because I'm eating a ton of fruit in one day (1cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, and 1 apple or 1 small banana). Should I still cut the sugar…

What are your food plans for superbowl Sunday? I am not going to lie, I am going to eat crap! To eat chocolate to top up calories or not?
Recently I've been struggling to eat my calorie allowance, particularly on days I go to the gym/exercise. Cheat day
I have a cheat day on Fridays. I try to stay in my calorie count unlike every other day when I try to say under a little bit. Also I take that day off from exercising. This works really good for me since it gives me a day to look forward and to work hard all the rest of the day. Does anyone else have these days?
