Why is fried chicken cheaper than grilled???
The grilled uses less stuff and can be as simple as some salt and pepper.. but can cost 1 dollar or more at some restaurants??? This makes no sense at all... hundreds less in calories yet that many times more expensive... its like how minimalist shoes are more expensive than regular heavy shoes. Its nuts!

I am following a plan with 1270 calories. The system calculates that to be 48 grams of protein which converts to 1.69 ounces. That is much less than I'm used to eating and wonder if anyone could give me a sample of a daily menu to help me understand what to eat. Thanks so much.

NIght shift
